Characters, not font files. Your app decides how they look and read. Keep essential text in ordinary letters. Before you paste
This is a Unicode alphabet, not a font download. A destination may use a fallback font, so equal-width appearance is not guaranteed after pasting.
For actual source code, use ordinary letters and a code block. Decorative mathematical characters are different identifiers and can break code or searches.
Monospace letters (πππππππππ) give a typewriter or code look to a name or caption, including digits πΆβπΏ. On Discord or GitHub, use real code formatting with backticks instead; it is more accessible.
Usually, in bios, captions, posts, comments and display names, because the result is ordinary Unicode text rather than a font. Usernames and handles normally allow only basic letters, numbers, periods and underscores, so styled letters are rejected there. Paste once and check the preview in the app before saving.
Not reliably. Many screen readers announce each styled letter by its Unicode name or skip it, so a styled phrase can become hard to follow. Style a short accent, and keep important words, links and instructions in ordinary letters.
